At Turath, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Your satisfaction is our priority — every bottle of TURATH QUEEN is crafted with care and intention.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, only if the item is unopened and in its original sealed packaging. Once a product has been opened, it cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

To request a return, contact us at info@turathpharma.com with your order number and reason for return. Approved refunds will be processed within up to 14 business days.

For orders paid by Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued either as cash back or via bank transfer, depending on the case. Our team will coordinate the most convenient option with you when your return is approved.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the product is unopened. If you received a damaged or defective item, we will exchange it immediately at no cost — simply send us a photo within 48 hours of receiving your order.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

نقبل الإرجاع خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام، شريطة أن يكون المنتج غير مفتوح وفي عبوته الأصلية المغلقة. لا يمكن إرجاع المنتجات المفتوحة لأسباب صحية.

للطلب، تواصل معنا على info@turathpharma.com مع رقم طلبك وسبب الإرجاع. تتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة خلال مدة تصل إلى 14 يوم عمل.

للطلبات المدفوعة عند الاستلام، يتم رد المبلغ نقدًا أو عن طريق التحويل البنكي حسب الحالة. سيقوم فريقنا بالتنسيق معك لاختيار الطريقة الأنسب عند اعتماد طلب الإرجاع.

الاستبدال

نقبل الاستبدال خلال 7 أيام إذا كان المنتج غير مفتوح. في حال استلام منتج تالف أو معيب، سنستبدله فورًا دون أي تكلفة — أرسل لنا صورة خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام.
